Kya Publishing Author Stacey Marie Robinson Nominated for 2015 Black Canadian Awards - Writer/Literary Work

TORONTO, ONT (May 2015) – Toronto author and founder of Kya Publishing, Stacey Marie Robinson, has been nominated for a 2015 Black Canadian Award in the Writer/Literary Work category. Along with Robinson’s urban fiction novel “Friends with Benefits,” nominees in this category include: Joy Peterson, Lawrence Hill, Kern Carter, Angelot Ndongmo, and Andree Nicole. The Black Canadian Awards show, presented by the Diversity Advancement Network, takes place on Saturday, June 6 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto. The Awards were created to celebrate the success stories and achievements of trail blazers and leaders in the Black Canadian community.
